Hi, I'm Jessica Atnikov, the founder and therapist behind Green Glass Counselling & Art Therapy.​​ I understand what it feels like to have difficult experiences and emotions, to struggle with lingering traumas, societal expectations and oppressive systems. The goal is to guide you through your healing process using my experience, qualifications, and love for Art Therapy and Counselling.​

I create a safe, supportive space where you can explore, express, and work through your experiences at your own pace, using a blend of therapeutic and creative approaches.

She works well with clients struggling with perfectionism, self doubt, creative blocks, or big feelings that are hard to verbalize, offering a gentle space to unpack and explore.
