How Does It Help?

A Safe Space

Deeper Understanding

We help you gain clarity and insight into patterns, beliefs, and experiences that might be holding you back, paving the way for lasting emotional and mental well-being.

Setting Goals Together

We work with you to identify what success looks like and develop customized goals that align with your values and hopes for the future.

Skill Building

You'll learn evidence-based strategies like managing anxiety, improving communication, or coping with stress, that empower you to handle challenges long after our sessions end.

Who Is Counselling For?

Counselling is for anyone who is ready for meaningful change and seeking support to navigate life's challenges. You might be seeking support if you are:

Overwhelmed or Stuck

Anxiety, worry, sadness, or feeling overwhelmed by a big life change such as grief, loss, or a difficult transition.

Healing & Growth

You want to heal from past experiences or trauma and develop a deeper understanding of yourself and your healing patterns.

Developing Better Tools

You want to improve self-esteem, build stronger boundaries, and learn better emotional strategies.

About Our Counselling

How long is a typical session?

We offer individual clinical counselling sessions are 60 to 90 minutes long, depending on your needs and wishes. We find these durations allow for focused, productive work without becoming overly draining for our clients.

How many sessions can I do?

The length of counselling is unique to every person. Some people come for short-term support to address a specific issue, while others prefer ongoing, long-term support for deeper personal work. We will adjust the frequency and duration based on your personal goals and needs.

What happens in the first session?

The first session is primarily an intake and get-to-know-you appointment. We'll discuss what brings you to counselling, and talk about your aims and goals. This session is an opportunity for you to ask questions and for us to start building a collaborative plan for moving forward.

How do I book an appointment?
